Refund policy

Because every item is custom made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. The only exceptions are for damaged items or mistakes made on our part — in those cases, we'll always make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there's any issue, contact us immediately and we'll do whatever is necessary to make it right.

Refunds
In the rare case a refund is needed, we'll ask you to return the product first. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
