Shipping policy

All orders begin production immediately when placed. Current turnaround time is 3–5 business days — this covers designing, creating, and packaging your order. Shipping time is separate and on top of turnaround time.

Items ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise selected at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on your location. We ship from Idaho.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.

Some items may arrive wrapped in bubble wrap and brown paper to keep shipping costs practical. If the outer paper looks torn when it arrives, that's normal — it's just covering the bubble wrap that's protecting your item inside.
